Terms of use

AvFees (avfees.com, its API and its MCP server) is a VOL and ForIT company, operated by VOL Private Aviation Inc. (“VOL”) and ForIT LLC (“ForIT”; together “we”). ForIT builds and runs it. It collects FBO and airport fees from invoices and fee reports that operators contribute, and lets account holders look them up. By using AvFees you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.

You sign in with a work Microsoft account and create API keys on your account page. Keep your keys secret: anything done with a key counts as done by its account. Revoke a key you no longer use or think has been exposed. We may disable a key or an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Contribute only invoices and fees you are authorized to share for the operator they belong to. Consent is recorded before anything is published, as described on Data & privacy. Send real invoices only: altered, invented or duplicated documents may be rejected and the credits they earned reversed.

When you contribute, you allow us to extract fee lines from what you send, store them without the identifying details listed on Data & privacy, and use them in AvFees lookups and projections once consent is recorded. You can ask us to remove your contributions through the contact page.

A validated contribution earns lookup credits and a lookup spends them, as set out on How it works. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted if a contribution is found to be invalid. Subscriptions, which give unlimited lookups and projected figures, are arranged with us through the contact page; the price and term are agreed then.

Fee data is for your own planning, quoting and cost control, including inside your own tools and AI assistants. Do not resell it, publish it in bulk or use it to build a competing database, and do not use keys to copy the database wholesale.

An observed figure is what one invoice showed on one date. A projected figure is an estimate, labeled as one with a confidence score. Neither is a quote: the FBO or airport sets its own prices, and its invoice is the final word on what a stop costs.

Do not try to identify operators, aircraft or people from the data, get around consent, credits or rate limits, probe or disrupt the service outside a good-faith security report, or send anything harmful through the API or to invoices@avfees.com. Report security issues through the contact page.

AvFees is provided as is and as available. The data comes from contributions we do not audit line by line, so we do not promise that it is complete, current or correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, VOL and ForIT are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of the data.

We may change the service and these terms. When the terms change, the date below changes with it; using AvFees after that means you accept the new terms.
